"Access blocked" error messages appear when unusual activity by a device or network is detected on one of our ticketing sites. The reasons outlined in the description of this error message may help you to identify what caused your access to be denied.
If the error persists, please contact the Ticket Office via our Contact Us form explaining your access has been blocked and quoting the ID at the bottom of the error page. This code will be a sequence of letters and numbers and may help us identify the issue.
