Guests that are signed up to myWimbledon and have selected the 'Tickets and Ballot' option in their consent and preferences section of their profile will receive emails regarding the ballot. To reduce the risk of these emails entering your spam/junk, please ensure that you add 'info@aeltc-email.com' to your safe sender list within your emails.
Once Guests have entered the ballot, they will receive a confirmation email from info@aeltc-email.com. If the application is successful, Guests will receive an offer email from the same email address from October 2024 onwards.
