I have been notified that I have a myWimbledon account with a hidden email address and need to create a new account, but the unhidden emalil address I am trying to use already exists. What should I do?

If Guests already have an additional myWimbledon account setup with an unhidden email address, they do not need to setup any further myWimbledon accounts. 

Guests should ensure that when applying for the Wimbledon Public Ballot, they use their unhidden email address. Any applications using hidden email addresses will not be eligible to receive tickets in the Wimbledon Public Ballot.
